We are two students at Boston University and are subletting our fantastic two bedroom/one bath apartment. We have loved living here and are subletting because we are studying abroad next year. As a result, the apartment is available for the summer as well as for either fall or fall and spring semesters next year depending on what you are interested in. Currently the plan is that the bedroom with lots of windows will be fully furnished and the second bedroom will be empty. The couch and rug will remain in the apartment as well (although we have some flexibility with all of this) The neighborhood is amazing and is made up of mostly students. It is convenient to several of the Boston universities/colleges.. We posted that the start date is June 1st but we are willing to consider a late summer start date as well. Thanks!
