We are searching for a person or couple to
sublet one furnished room from June 1st -
August 31st in our Roosevelt/Ravenna house!
The House:
We live in a charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom
house with a fenced front and back yard. The
house has 2 top floor bedrooms (one of which
is a communal WFH office), 1 main floor
bedroom, and 1 basement bedroom. Each
floor has its own full bathroom. The kitchen
features a gas stove and plenty of communal
kitchen gadgets. Downstairs is a finished
basement with storage, a washer/dryer unit,
and garage with alley access. There is plenty of
street parking on a quiet neighborhood road.
The Room
The room for rent is the main floor bedroom. It
comes fully furnished as seen in the pictures.
This sublet also includes use of our sunny
office, also used by one other roommate a few
days a week. We share the office, but you
would have your own desk space.
Rent:
The room to sublet is currently occupied by
two people so the room is $1,500 per month.
This includes the furnished room and mostly
private office space!
The Neighborhood:
Our house is on a beautiful residential street
that is walking distance to the Roosevelt
Lightrail Station and bus lines to UW and
downtown, and is a 10-15 minute bike ride to
UW campus. Street parking in front of the
house is always available.
Roommates:
A group of 3 mid 20s Seattle transplants.
There is one couple (m/f) upstairs, and one
single (f) downstairs. Our roommates are
friendly, clean, and fun.
We think this is a great spot for your summer
stay!
