Im currently looking for someone to takeover my lease as soon as possible! Moveout is on July 31st and youd be able to move in at your earliest convenience as I will not be occupying it anymore. If you do not need it now and would want to move in later, we can work something out.
It is a two bedroom apartment with a private bathroom at University Edge at 155 Cascade Blvd. The rent is $960 a month including internet, water, trash/recycling, wastewater, and standard pest control. You would be paying for gas and electric which didnt exceed $40 for me and my roommate each. The picture attached is from their website and you would be in the room on the left side.
Id preferably sublease to a woman but my roommate is okay with anyone. My roommates name is Angela and shes amazing. She isnt disruptive and is respectful of your space. We both clean after ourselves in the common areas and take trash out to the chute regularly. She likes a fun time while still school focused and is a nursing student currently. She doesnt spend much time in the apartment so theres a lot of time to be alone.
The apartment complex is really close to the Brody dorms, its on Michigan Avenue and the longest drive Ive had to make into campus was around 10 minutes. Parking is also included and maintenance is amazing! Theyve always been quick with our requests as well as respectful. The room is on the second floor and the doors only open through a key fob so its quite secure. Ive also blasted music all night and have never gotten a noise complaint or heard my next door neighbors so the walls are quite thick. The washer and dryer are in unit and it comes with a full xl bed, a desk, nightstand, a four drawer dresser in the bedroom. In the living room and kitchen, it includes a sofa, a TV table, coffee table, end table, two stools, an armchair, microwave, dishwasher, electric range, and refrigerator. It also has amenities such as an 24 hr fitness room, underground pool, study rooms and a coffee bar!
I truly love this apartment and wish I could stay but need to leave for the semester due to family health issues. Please let me know if you want more pictures/ videos as well as a showing in person of the actual room as I can go up there to take some clear ones.
