I have an imported italian leather couch, brand new UHD Samsung Smart TV with Netflix / HBO, Tempurpedic King Mattress, vacuum, cleaning supplies, pots and pans, brand new stainless steel appliances, dishes, cooking tools, etc. Its a loft style apartment on the ground level with nobody below or above you. The community is keyless, including the unit, with a community pool, clubhouse with outdoor kitchens, firepits, brand new gym and shared office space, a dance room, art room, and access to the greenbelt just one mile south of Zilker Park. The parking spot is covered and there is plenty of guest parking on premises. Garage rental is also available if additional storage space is needed.
