Hello. I am currently looking for someone to relet my single room to as part of the lease contract of the Avenue. Personal circumstances have currently caused me to not be able to stay here any longer. Looking for someone who will need to be in the Indianapolis area for the next year. The Avenue has been great for me due to how close it is to IUPUI as well as downtown Indy and I hope it can be for someone else as well.
