Building is located minutes away from Hoboken and a few blocks from NJ Path station to get into NYC with additional access to Hoboken, Newark, and other Jersey City locations. If airport access is needed, Newark International-EWR is only a 20 minute drive. Roommate that will be living in the apartment is very friendly.
