The other 3 rooms are currently occupied, this listing is for one bedroom with its own private bathroom and walk in closet attached to the bedroom. The unit has its own washer and dryer, and amenities include a gym in the main administrative building right next to the apartment building and a shuttle which provides transportation to and from UB north campus at 30 minute intervals throughout the day. One of my former roommates does have a cat. My former roommates are all pot smokers but not cigarettes. All pictured furniture is included with the listing. Any other items in the bedroom will be removed before leasing. Items in the main living area are my roommates.
