I moved into a new apartment as the very first tenant here in September, but now Im moving to Europe!

The problem is that I have a lease at The Mayven apartments until September. Im looking for someone to take the remaining months on my lease.

Youd sign a lease directly with the property management company KG Management. You would not be on the lease with me! (Im just required to find someone to move in if I want to move out early).

The benefit of taking my lease is because they no longer have any 1 bedroom units available, and you would receive the original special rate. (I received a prorated special for being the first person to sign for this unit when they opened).

The location is great - steps from center city, and Fairmount ave. Theres a nice finished rooftop with a nice view and lounge chairs! The place comes unfinished but you can take some of my furniture if youd like, so itll be less Ill have to worry about when moving! :)

The photos attached here are the ones posted by the apartment complex. If youd like to see MY furniture, lmk! Everything else is the same as Ive only been here for 3.5 months.

The move in time can be earlier or later if needed! When I can move depends on when I find a sublease, though the ideal candidate would be an April move-in. Still, feel free to let me know if you need other dates! :)
