I am looking to sublease my apartment. It is a 1 bedroom, with an office total of 917 square feet. This is perfect for those that have a work-from-home (WFM) situation. I can negotiate with all the furniture. I plan to take the bedroom set but I do have an extra bed that I can leave. This is a great location by the former Arlington Heights racetrack, which may be the future home of the Chicago Bears. Also, within minutes of Downtown Arlington which host many restaurants, theatre, and establishments. Lots of festivities during the summer months. I am flexible on the move-in date. But the lease expires on 12/16/23.
