I am offering a furnished master bedroom with a private bathroom and door to the backyard in a 3br house in Del Rey, nestled among Culver City, Playa Vista, Marina del Rey and Venice Beach.
Available from February 17th until April 20th: all utilities included;
discount provided if you take the entire term; 1 month lease minimum, I ask for a 1000 USD deposit, which is returned upon your departure
the rent is below market, as Im really looking for the right person -this is my and my friends home and Im looking for someone who will take care of it

YOUR BEDROOM
Spacious master bedroom with a beautiful view to the backyard, flowers and hummingbirds,
Big sliding window doors provide lots of natural light and lead out to the backyard,
features a comfy queen sized bed, nightstand, big desk, chair, closet space, dresser, and shelf space,
private new bathroom with a tub/shower,
linens, towels, and all basic bathroom supplies just come with your luggage

SHARED amenities include
a beautifully kept backyard with a fire pit,
a kitchen area with new stainless steel appliances stove, air fryer, etc, and dishwasher including an in-unit washer/dryer,
cozy living room with a TV and dining table thats mostly used for roommate game nights,
high-speed WIFI throughout the house.
Its a safe residential area so street parking right in front of the house is never an issue.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Del Rey is a neighborhood in the Westside of Los Angeles, surrounded by Culver City, Playa Vista, Venice, and Marina del Rey.
The suburban neighborhood is quiet, safe streets, and mixed-family vibes. If youre looking to exercise, there are a few nice parks within walking distance and the Ballona Creek trail can take you to the beach.
We are very close to a lot of cool areas, located near two major highways makes it simple to get elsewhere in the city. Its a nice short 5 min drive or a 20 min bike ride to Culver City, Venice, the marina and the beaches, parks and the Villa Marina Marketplace are in walking distance

Some must-see places within a 10-minute drive include the Venice Beach Boardwalk, Venice Canal Walkway, Kenneth Hahn Park, Burton Chase Park, and Downtown Culver City.

THE ROOMATES
- a 26 year old people University of Texas grad who currently works as an audio engineer at Record Plant studios, and is a freelance music producer and songwriter.
He often spends a fair amount if time at the studio, but when hes not working he enjoys any and all beach activities! He has a very sweet and friendly 5 year-old pup named Fiona who cant wait to meet you.

- a 26 year old people who works from home for a tech startup. She has a 6 year old golden retriever who will love you endlessly, named Jack. When at home, she enjoys time to herself but also open to roomie hangouts.
