Hello, I am subletting my 1-bedroom apartment from May 1 to August 30 (possibility for earlier move-in). I am flexible about the move in and move out dates. The apartment comes fully furnished with a couch, desk, mattress, and kitchen appliances etc. I can send anyone interested a video tour. The apartment is in the Washington Square West neighborhood of Center City. It has its own separate entrance from the rest of the building and is two blocks from Broad Street as well as South Street. There are several coffee shops nearby and many attractions like the magic garden are only blocks away.

The total cost is $1,375 per month plus electricity. $1,125 is the rent paid to the landlord and the other $250 is for Wifi, heat and furniture rental that will be paid directly to me. So, you will have two separate contracts, one with me and one with the landlord.

I will collect a security deposit equivalent to one month rent that will be returned after moving out if there is no damage to the apartment or the furniture.

Aside from my approval, you will also need approval from the landlord through an application process (just a credit check and past rental history). I can provide it to any interested applicants. There is a non-refundable $75 application fee.

NOTES ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
1.The apartment has a dishwasher, which you are free to use, however, this will affect your electricity bill, which I will forward to you each month.
2. There is a coin laundry on the fourth floor of the building.
3.There is a tv in the apartment, but I have not turned it on in months, so I am not sure if it works.
4.There are two heating vents in the apartment: one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The heating vent in the bedroom SHOULD NOT BE TURNED ON. The mattress in the bedroom is king sized and is made of a highly flammable foam material. There is not enough space between the vent and the mattress to safely turn it on. If you wish for the mattress to be removed so you can bring in a small size, that can be arranged.
