I am a UC student looking to sublet my room in this 4 bedroom on Marshall from February-August! Its a large room on the second floor with 3 big windows (one south facing and 2 west facing). The bathroom, kitchen, and laundry are all on the second floor across from the room too. The room comes with the bed, (which is a futon that can turn into a chair if you have your own bed), and a storage cabinet that can be moved into the room if needed, because the closet is only about 1ft deep. Ill be moving all my stuff out except the bed.
3 other women live here currently, an engineering grad and undergrad, and an architecture undergrad. It is a pretty quiet and chill house, but no smoking of any kind inside. Marshall is also a quieter street but still only a 10 min walk to DAAP and ~15 to the middle of campus, and it is usually easy to find street parking right outside the house. You have to pay gas/electric which ranges $20-50/ mo per person, and it is also cat friendly for $25/mo and $200 pet deposit. Looking for UC students but other students/ people around our age can also apply.
