Live in the highly desired Upper Merion township, King of Prussia area!! This is a luxury apartment complex and I Love Living Here. I unfortunately have to relocate due to a change in employment. Take over my lease (it ends June 6, 2023) and get a reduced rental rate (larger reductions than any special, as I will chip in for a reduced rental rate the sooner you take over my apartment, either as a Lease Take-over or a Co-tenant (but I would move out basically) without any deposit required, if the landlord approves your application. I may throw in some decor or modern furniture (negotiable)!! This is the best 2.5 bedroom/2 bath (Richmond Layout) apartment in the entire complex! It is 1155 sq ft, gets afternoon sun and has views of beautiful trees. The apartment complex is called Skye750 and it is well-managed and I love it here. The entire complex is beautiful, with modern decor in multiple common areas, modern conveniences such as package lockers with key code access, workout gym, small swimming pool, doggie park, convenient key fob access, wifi enabled secure door lock/unlock and thermostat and lighting control. My apartment is on a high floor and is on the corner of the complex and is south facing for maximum sunlight. The master bedroom has an ensuite dual sink vanity with a deep soaking tub with a chic pull-down shower curtain that hides away when not in use. The master closet is accessed through the bathroom. The open floor plan has a huge granite counter with plenty of white cabinets and a refrigerator with french doors which has an automatic ice machine and filtered cold water. The deep stainless steel sink faucet has a farmhouse style spigot which can be extended and then stays in place with magnets. There are vertical blinds in the living room and horizontal blinds in the bedrooms. There is a stacked washer/dryer across from the second bedroom with a sliding barn door. All the appliances are by whirlpool and run well. I installed LED lightbulbs everywhere, including in the center island dimmers.
