Hello !I am looking for someone to take over my existing lease at The Arch Denton. Rent is $599 per month for a 3x3 apartment. Takeover date is as early as now quite honestly, but at the latest December or early January. There are two coed roommates. The apartment comes fully furnished including an in unit washer dryer and full kitchen. Utilities are capped at $25 and dont usually go too much over that.The Arch is located on the UNT bus route and has several amenities such as pool and gym. Please message me for further questions.
