We are looking to transfer our lease to our apartment at 1145 S Broadway in Denver. This is a 2 BR/2 BATH apartment at 1,132 sq ft. The rent is $2,370 a month and the lease will be up in April. As an incentive, we are willing to offer a one-time payment of $1,500 to help offset the rent for the remaining three months of the lease. If the payment were applied to the remaining rent that would make the monthly rent approximately $1,870 month, but you are free to use the funds for any purpose.

The Views! The balcony faces downtown and offers great views of the mountains and downtown Denver. We were able to move in earlier to another unit but held out for this apartment specifically because of the views.

The new residents must apply through Windsor at Broadway Station and meet their standard rental requirements. (The monthly income requirement is approximately $7,110 gross or $3,555 per person)
Upon approval and a new signed lease we will transfer the $2,000 to the new tenant via their preferred method.
