We have bed, mattress, TV, nightstand, dresser, couch in the bedroom but can be moved if you want to bring any of your owner furniture. Spacious walk in closet. You are responsible for your own bedroom and bathroom cleaning during the whole time living here. The kitchen and living room is shared by 3 people.
The house is in a very safe and nice neighborhood. 5min drive to Fayetteville downtown. 10min drive to Trilith Studio. 15min drive to Peachtree City downtown. The house is fully furnished and you are welcome to use anything in the common area. All utilities and internet are included.
No pets, no smoking allowed.
Free driveway parking. Occasion visitor is ok.
