My house was built in the 1800s and is located in the perfect area. Right above and walkable to French Quarter and Frenchmen Street. Walkable to the fairgrounds for events like Jazz Fest Centrally located, not far from Midcity It is right off of N Claiborne I10. Theres plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, food (including vegan), culture and history to immerse yourself in. Food delivery services are available from Seamless, GrubHub, UberEats, DoorDash and even Whole Foods. Partake in lovely walks around the neighborhood and to the Mississippi River. Catch a second line on the corner of N Claiborne on Sundays. Relax in the backyard Smart TVs are located in both bedrooms and the living room with streaming services. Washer and dry as well mini fridges, irons and boards, cleaning supplies, space heaters, coffee makers with pods, ceiling fans, lamps where you can charge your phone and towels are located in each room. Central air and heat. Full kitchen.

There is a grocery store conveniently located nearby.
