The studio is a warm, comfortable and modern place to live in London, without living too centrally in a busier area. The area around Hackney Downs is a greener part of North London to live in, with fantastic parks and marshes, whilst still close to the main streets of central Hackney and, very well connected by the London Overground to other areas.

All our apartments are tastefully furnished with a fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator etc.) You will also find a washing machine installed in the proeprty in addition to Wi-fi, a smart TV in the living area, along with a comfortable sofa to relax on.

Each apartment contains a large double bed and a sofa bed for any additional sleeping room that is required. All bed linen is 100% cotton and duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic. The bathroom comes with a bath/shower and toilet, as well as coming stocked with bathroom products such as shampoo, shower gel and toilet roll.
