I am a local property owner with (3) furnished properties located in Matteson, Riverdale and Streeterville. Our rentals are professionally cleaned and maintained. Small pets are allowed for a fee and any other special accommodations can be negotiated. No parties will be allowed under any circumstances. These properties are located in quiet neighborhoods with plenty of shopping nearby. Short - term rentals only with a minimum stay of 90-days.
