Rent is $2,250/month with internet included. Only thing not paid for is electricity. Building is 1333 South Wabash and has a gym, barbecues, entertaining area and is pet-friendly. Close to 3 grocery stores, restaurants, bars and museum campus. We would stay but need a bigger place for the family. Can include some furniture (couch, etc.) if you want. DM if interested.
