Hi, our son has enjoyed living in Parkside Student Residence this school year, but will be returning home for the summer. We are looking to sublet his furnished room and full meal plan for the summer semester, May 1 - Aug 20, to a male post-secondary student for $1800/month (regular cost is $2304/month). We are willing to negotiate the price. Our sons suite has 2 bedrooms and is on the 12th floor (good view to the north). The living room in the suite includes our sons TV and a bar fridge for the summer.
