Hello! Im looking for someone to take over my studio lease at The Standard at Ann Arbor. The place is fully furnished with an in-unit washer and dryer and also a smart TV! It is also pet friendly if you have a furry friend! The lease is for 2022-23 school year, from 8/2022 to 7/2023, and the rent is 2380 but I got it at a reduced rate of 2299 which includes all utility except water and electric. This place is a new building which means you will be the first one to be moving into the unit! I will also pay for the fees that needs to be paid during the lease if necessary.
