The apartment can be rented for a maximum of 3 months. Utilities included consumption upon usage, but its very low. The kitchen is in a separate room, the door can be closed. Nets on all windows, no insects/mosquitos in the house, no mould, everything is kept clean. High-speed internet, desk for working, the sofa bed is convertible, sleeps 2 .but I placed an extra mattress on it suitable for 1. There is a gallery bed as well. The kitchen is fully equipped, and I can provide additional stuff for the living room if needed (extra pillows, sheets in storage). The flat should be occupied by 1 or maximum , a small pet, if well behaved, is ok but make sure it doesnt leave any traces behind and doesnt bother the neighbours.
The area is well connected, 2 min bus stop, 6 min Kalvaria Ter and 11 min M3 metro.
