The apartment is in Mecidiyeky, ili, very near the Square, less than 10 minutes of walking distance to Metro and Metrobus stations where many main bus stations are located as well. Profilo and Astoria Malls are a few minutes away. Therere many Restaurants, Cafes, Markets, Bakeries, Pubs near.
The room has most of the things one can need, a working desk, one chair, one single bed, a cupboard, a hanger, and a mirror. The room takes so much sunlight and fresh air and has a nice view and the room has an additional space with a separate door where a few things can be placed.
The Flat is not a party flat. You can smoke in your own room, not pet-friendly.
The bills are to be shared. And there is a deposit to be paid.
I speak English and German. Im a 36 years old working woman, working most of the week. I had flatmates from Germany, Italy, Spain, Mexico, the US, Latvia, Romania, Russia before in Turkey and abroad.
