We have a private room for 1- in our newly remodeled house in Noe Valley.
Furniture: full-size bed for 1-2, nightstand, night light, desk, chair, desk light, wardrobe, e-lock on the bedroom door. Internet in a room. Bedding provided.
Common spaces: 3 bathrooms/floor, kitchen, living room with coworking zone, shoe racks, washer/dryer, iron, keyless entrance. Great community and a space that allows our members to live in the exciting, friendly, clean, and safe environment they deserve.

This peaceful and friendly neighborhood puts you in an idyllic place where you gain some peace and quiet away from the hustle of the main city- while still being a short distance from downtown. Twin Peaks is nearby for some incredible views, and Dolores Park is a nice 5-minute walk for some weekend fun and relaxation. 24th street offers all the shops, salons, coffee houses (we recommend La Boulangerie!) and restaurants you can enjoy. Finally, Whole Foods
is a quick 3-minute walk for your grocery shopping.

Also, if youre a biker, we offer secured storage in our garage.
