The climate is dry and the southern part of Monte is sometimes called wildlife, as many places in the vicinity are intact.
Our house is only 3 minutes walk from the beach! Its best location and panoramic sea view in the area. It was the first holiday home built in the area of Utjeha, and therefore has its own wonderful memories of all its inhabitants. Capacity is 4 persons in total.

Utjeha beach is made of white stone and is one of the few beaches on the Montenegrin coast that have achieved the "Blue Flag", the highest coastline ranking.

Our apartment is a great base from which to visit Ada Bojana, Lake Skadar, Lake Karuc, Budva, Kotor Bay, Mount Lovcen, Durmitor, Zabljak, Tara, ...
City tax is not included, it is 1 per person per day (older than 12 years).
The deposit is EUR 200, will be refunded if there is no damage.
