This is a rental of rooms in a house. There are 3 rooms 12 x 12 or 12 x 9 and one bath, 2 living rooms and one full kitchen. The house is right on the beach at a cliff 10 miles south of Rosarito and 35 miles south of the San Diego border. The water is clean (cleaner than San Diego) and the waves are nice for surfing. it is about 1/2 mile to a big sand dune area where there are 4 wheelers on weekends but beautiful to walk in during the week. Amazing pictures and sunsets. The house has high speed internet (60 MB, fast), cable and unlimited phone calls to USA or Mexico. There is furniture and all rooms are furnished. The rent is $400 for the big room with a TV cable connection and double bed and closet and $350 to $375 for the smaller rooms (one with walk in closet). There is a farmers market down the street every weekend with really cheap produce and other stuff. It is easy to get to just off the free road (RT 1) and really safe neighborhood.
