Hello, I am looking for someone to sublease a room. There is a private bathroom in the bedroom and plenty of kitchen space for utensils and other items. There is one roommate who works from home. She is quiet, nice and respectful. Utilities will be split with the other roommate and those include water, wifi and gas/electric. There is a washer and dryer in unit. Apartment is Located close to the University of Iowa campus and hospital. Neighborhood is safe and quiet with a few grocery stores close by. This apartment complex comes with a clubhouse and gym facility.
