The roommate is a mid 20s male who is clean and awesome guy who works locally in Nashville.

Rent is $1,700 + utilities + cable/wifi and a 1 month deposit due at sign in. I am flexible for move in from now to June 1st. The lease will end 12/6/2021 and will have the option to renew.

I am moving away from Nashville and will be sad to leave this awesome house.
