Hi! I am a Seattle University student looking for someone to sublease my apartment for the summer months! My room is located in a 5-room apartment in The Douglas. The Douglas is in the heart of Capitol Hill, walking distance to countless restaurants, shops, nightlife scenes, and necessities like drug stores and grocery stores. The shared apartment is fully furnished with a couch, chairs, tables, and a hightop bar in the family room. The full kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, pantry space, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, and a Keurig and includes all kitchenware you may need. My private room is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair, and a TV. My room has locks on the doors for maximum privacy. It looks over The Douglas patio and free from almost all street noise. The bathroom is shared with 2 of my 4 roommates and is complete with a sink with plenty of cabinet space and a private toilet and shower area. Parking is available publicly on the street. There are usually spots available within a block. The building includes an Amazon Hub which keeps all packages safe and locked until you need them. The building is, also, complete with a lounge perfect for hanging out and studying. The laundry room is in the building, as well. The lower-level amenities include an outside patio courtyard, Live Love Flow Yoga, Boona Boona Coffee (coming soon), and Carmelos Tacos.
