I would be an absentee roommate, as I have been asked to relocate to a farther branch within my company (about an hour away). I am interested in allowing someone to rent my 1 bedroom apartment while Im away ( since I will relocate to a closer location in proximity to my job ). I have relocated to my new work location beginning April 1st. So I am reducing the price (Thus I will be paying more on my end each month), to hopefully get a willing/ low maintenance roommate that can move into and care for my essentially empty apartment soon.
