I am subleasing my bedroom for the summer. It is a standard size room, 10x11 I believe. It will be furnished with a bed, bedside table, a small cube shelf, a chair, and a desk - so you will only have to have sheets and towels for yourself. The closet is a great size and there is plenty of space: it has three rods, five drawers, three shelves, and floor space for storage. The bedroom is on the second story of a 4 bedroom townhouse. One bedroom, one bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room are downstairs, and three bedrooms and one bathroom are upstairs. You would have 1/3 of the medicine cabinet and 1/2 of the under-sink storage in the upstairs bathroom.

My roommates who you would be living with are amazing people. They are all extremely nice, and everyone is pretty quiet and keeps to themselves with the occasional game night (board games, RPGs, and gamecube). Everyone is also very tidy and clean and all of the common areas are kept clean i.e. we take turns cleaning the kitchen every week, no dirty dishes are left in the sink, someone always runs the dishwasher if its full. They are also either professional students or have graduated with a B.S. and study physics (which makes for very interesting conversation).

The location is absolutely wonderful. There is a shopping center across the street that has a grocery store, a bagel place, a breakfast place, and a brewery to name a few places. Walking to the grocery store is extremely easy and quick. There are also at least three bus stops that only take a few minutes to walk to, you can see at least two of them from the front door.
