Hello! Im a female professional in my 30s looking for a roommate to share my large 2-bedroom/2 bathroom apt located in the Culver City/ Palms area right where the 10 and 405 freeways meet. Rental would include all common areas and private bedroom/private bathroom, with all utilities included.. The room can come unfurnished or partially furnished. The spacious living room and kitchen have vaulted ceilings and are fully furnished. Gated parking, balcony, and laundry room are also included. I would need at least one months notice when moving out.

I am a respectful, friendly, quiet, and easy-going person that will make sure to always keep common areas clean. Before COVID, Id generally be out during the day, usually doing something outdoorsy or taking a class and in my room at night. I keep myself busy. :)
