My expected move out date is May 1st, but my lease is in place until June 13th. After the lease is up.. if you want to stay you can apply to keep the apartment under your name. Apartment comes with Washer and dryer. Its all the way at the back of the complex away from the busy streets. We can negotiate Electricity, water and sewage are included with rent. The pictures shown are staged models.. this apartment is unfurnished and I have lived here for 2 yrs
