There is only one housemate because the other two housemates do not live in this apartment. The apartment is fully furnished. It also features an in-unit washer/dryer, vaulted ceilings, a game room, renovated study lounges, outdoor grilling spaces. Parking is not included but is available. Rent is $630/month, negotiation is possible.
