Live at Lincoln Place in Venice. I am relocating out of state and am looking for someone who would like to take over my unit, so I can end my lease early. Ive lived at Lincoln Place for 7 years and loved the property. Its a very unique place in Venice with a lot of history.

LP is offering 6 week move in specials on certain units. I believe Im paying a bit over current market value, so when you speak with the leasing office you can ask them the exact amount of monthly rent.

I am living in one of the better units on the property. Ive lived in both a bungalow and this 2 bedroom upstairs unit. This unit is great. Super light and bright. Building is older and there is noise, but this is the best unit I have lived in on the property. The people who lived here before also vouched for that. And my neighbors across the way who have the same unit agree! They have lived in multiple units on the property as well. If you want a great unit in LP this ones a good choice.
