The $800 rent includes ALL utilities (heat, electricity, water and internet). Driveway parking shared with other roommate. There is a washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and picnic table in the backyard. The house is located on a quiet dead end street but is very close to everything Worcester has to offer, just minutes to downtown, UMASS Medical School, DCU Center, Union Station and brand new Polar Park.
This is a sublet for July, August and September. First and last months rent due prior to move in ($1600). August rent due on August 1. Available July 1st, Move out September 30th, 2021.
