Hi Potential subleters, I love this apartment so much but unfortunately have to move. Our lease is up in September but there would be an option to extend with the apartment company. It is 1300 with utilities included. The apartment overlooks an lovely pond, and is first floor so it feels like you have backyard. There is a patio with a storage closet attached. The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a walk in closet). The bathroom has two sinks, which is convenient for sharing. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and a nice small pantry. Attached to the kitchen in a small laundry room/closet! I personally love the dining nook which connects to the large living room. Pet welcome. The apartment complex has two pools and a gym. Extremely convenient commute to UCF! Hope you will be in touch
