From April 1st to September 30th, I am looking for a sub-tenant for my room in a spacious apartment in Friedrichshain. The rental period is from April 1st, 2021 to September 30th, 2021. The room will be painted white again before you move in.
Since I am moving into a new apartment, the room will largely be handed over unfurnished. Upon agreement, it would be possible to take over the sofa bed and a desk for the rental period. Your room comes with a small balcony.
You share the kitchen and bathroom with your future roommate Kevin. Both common areas are large and clean. The WG-Life is rather quiet, as we both work full-time and are working from home. Nevertheless, you will sometimes meet in the kitchen for a nice chat or a coffee.
The Ring Center and smaller shopping opportunities are in immediate vicinity, so your daily can be fulfilled within a walking distance. The apartment is also only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Frankfurter Allee, where you can get on the Ringbahn or the U5.
Since our rental contract terminates on September 30, 2021, the entire apartment can be taken over from October 1, 2021. The landlord needs the usual documents for this.
