Room available for sublet in adorable apartment in East Williamsburg! Epic find! Our third roommate is moving out so we are looking for someone to fill her spot. A little about the apartment:
-3 bedrooms with huge windows and closet
-spacious living room/ kitchen, furnished
-modern bathroom with rain faucet
-laundry in the building
-5 minute walk to Montrose or 3 minute to the Morgan off the L, 10 minute walk to Flushing off the M/J
-Move in April 1st
-No Pets
About us: We are girls, both easy going professionals and are looking forward to sharing our cozy apartment with a third roommate. We are super clean, laid back and outgoing. Ideally we would want someone for six or more months but a minimum of 5 months. NO GUARANTORS NEEDED, we got that covered. First months rent plus one month security. Utilities NOT included in rent.
