Im Ren I live in Brooklyn with my girlfriend and our other (female)roommate, we are 420 friendly so if thats not your thing respectfully this probably isnt the apartment for you. We share utilities and common household items, we are super friendly but respect privacy and space. The landlords are super nice and if you have good credit/ guarantor then you only have to pay 1 Month Rent and 1 Month Security. If you have bad credit/ no guarantor then its 1 Month Rent and 2 Months Security. Call me anytime 10am to 10pm.
