Studio is located at the Anthem on 12th building (12th & Yesler). Quiet space with good light. Unit is furnished with TV, sofa, full size bed, desk, table. Washer/Dryer in unit. I also have plants if you want to care for them :)

Rent: $1,800
Utilities: $150/month (wifi, gas, water, sewer, electric).
Parking available for an additional $175/month.

Must apply through building management for approval.
