We have a lovely room available March 1st in our sprawling 3BR apartment in the Columbia neighborhood on the Upper West Side. The room is wonderfully private and quiet in its own corner of the apartment. It can come partly furnished with a queen-sized bed, a desk, and bookshelves with room remaining for a dresser or other furniture.

Our apartment is a true 3BR in an elevator building, with a large homey living room and kitchen, and wraparound hallway that separates the bedrooms nicely for privacy and space. High ceilings and hardwood floors throughout with plenty of character. Were in a lovely vibrant neighborhood on the Upper West Side just a few blocks from Columbia, two blocks from the 1 train at 110th St., 4 blocks to B/C, close to lots of amazing grocery stores, restaurants, bars, flanked by Riverside and Central Park on each side. Around 20 minutes to Times Square/Penn Station.

We work in the arts and share our home with a sweet cat named Woody, (who is a people person, but not so much a cat person -- er... "cats cat") Looking to share our spacious homey apartment with a like-minded person or mature couple who also wants a clean and relaxed home to come home to, and adheres to Covid safety measures.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Rent is $1200/mo plus 1/3rd of electricity/wifi, heat and hot water is included. Standard requirements: 1st months rent, and one months security deposit. References appreciated.
