Price is $980, all included and furnished. Preferably looking for someone to move-in asap. But the move-in date can be for upcoming months too. Lets talk.

The building has a gym (still open during Covid), and buzzer/secured entry.

Location is the heart of DC and the building is highrise type. There is laundry inside the apartment.
