The property is on Island Street, a stones throw from the water's edge and in the heart of the town. The high street is a couple of minutes by foot where you can enjoy eating and drinking in the fantastic independent local bars and restaurants. Located in the most southerly part of Devon, this exclusive seaside town is a must-visit. The picturesque estuary, dotted with sailboats and yachts, is flanked with popular sandy beaches – Sunny Cove, Mill Bay, Cable Cove, and Fisherman’s Cove. The annual Salcombe Town and Sailing Regatta takes place each August and is packed full of events, competitions, and air displays. As our home is very central to Salcombe walking is the best way to get around. Cars can be parked just a couple of hundred metres away at the long stay car park, or if you’re lucky enough to get a space at-bats on creek you can leave it there for the duration. Beach lovers adore Salcombe due to the wide range and variety of beaches that can be reached in minutes.
