We are looking for someone to take over our lease in our 2 bed, 1.5 bath Ash Tree Townhome. The townhome will be available immediately and until July 9, 2021. This is a short term lease takeover!

If you decide to take over the lease in the middle of a month, we will prorate that first months rent accordingly. After the first month, the monthly lease raises to $1575 until the lease ends on July 9. That comes out to $788 per person if split between two people. This lease takeover will also provide you with a parking pass for one car, as well as our gym and pool passes for the rest of lease term.

The community is great! Pets are welcome. U. Va. grounds and downtown Charlottesville are both an easy walk, less than a mile away. Quiet neighborhood with convenient parking & great amenities including pool and gym access. Please let me know if you have any questions!
