Hello! I am looking for to transfer a lease to from July 2021-July 2022. I love the apartment, the building, and the location but my roommate had to move home so my situation is changing. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in The Varsity Apartments at 101 Andrew Place. The location is right across the street from Harrys, Mad Mushroom, and a short walk from all the businesses on Chauncey Hill! It is also only around a 5-minute walk to the heart of campus. The rental is through Granite and rent is $495 per month each. All you are responsible for is electricity (around $25 a person/month) and wifi ($25 for us but you can choose your plan).
