This is a very cute studio apartment! Located across from an equestrian center, this neighborhood is VERY laid back / not noisy. A lot of families and it is across from a school (although not in session right now). People love to jog and bike around here throughout the day! The closest grocery store is a Pavillions 0.2 miles away. Close to the Burbank studios (Disney & Warner bros) and right off the Ventura Freeway. Pool Laundry Gym on-site. Also all furniture can be negotiated I think a lot of it will go, unless you see something you like/want!
