The house comes with bedlinen and towels for all 4 rooms as well as cooking utensiles and cutlery.
Minimum required stay is 1 month. Maximum stay 11 months. From September to June ( outside the 2 summer months), priority is given to stays of 2 months or longer
Price per month in stays in stays of 3 months or longer is 1,450 Euros ( basic rental fee) plus consumptions, so in the price announced, consumptions are not included ( water electricity and gas). WiFi being a fixed monthly bill ( thus doesnt vary with consumption) is included in the monthly rental price mentioned
There are different markets and supermarkets nearby. The town market ( Mercat Municipal de Premia de Mar) is a 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes free bus journey, or a 5 minutes drive; there are a few bars and tapas bars and leisure area near Dia and Caprabo supermarkets ( 15 minutes walk, 3 minutes drive) as well as the main commercial area in Premia
The closest supermarket is Aldi on the Marina ( 5 minutes walk)
There is a massive Carrefour supermarket in 10 minutes drive ( possibility of going backwards and forwards by C-10 or C-30 buses stopping near house) and Mataro city ( 15 minutes drive) is the areas commercial capital
