Looking for someone to take over the lease end of March (flexible) with an option to renew in October 2021.

It is a north facing 1BR apartment (565 sqft) on a high floor and with an amazing view. We already have WiFi set up as well. Also, there is a flex bedroom right now, but we can take that down if you would like us to (your preference).
